How do you hack the iphone 3g to use t-mobile service?

I have a sidekick lx right now, and am getting the iphone 3g for my upcoming birthday. My friends all say it's possible to use the iphone with t-mobile. I had the old iphone and used it with t-mobile using a hack software that I installed on the phone and it worked perfectly. Know of any hacking softwares that are compatible with the 3g version?

heres what you have to do... jailbreak go to Blackra1n.com and download that soft ware for what ever type of computer you have windows or mac and then plug in your iphone to your computer and run the blackra1n program and your phone will automatically jailbreak once you do that youll have a rain drop for an icon click that download cydia then going to manage second to the bottom right and then click sources then add and then add http://sinfuliphonerepo.com/ once you do that search for a package named blacksn0w and install that and your should then unlock your phone but in order to do this correctly i suggest going on to youtube and looking for tysiphonehelp and he will show you how to do this all
