How do you handwrite very quickly when you don't have much time?

How do you, like, move the pencil faster? Any suggestions?

For fast dictaion I use a mini recorder, for writing down recipes I use short hand that myself and staff can understand. Otherwise for other handwriting quickly I try to be neat but.....doesnt always happen and its always long hand.

It takes lots of practice to become a fast writer and tghere's always shorthand.You can either learn a style of shorthand or,as some people have done,invent your own. There's also mini taperecoders that you can use to organize your thoughts,try out dialogue,etc
