  1. Well, mirrors can often be portals to the other side. Tell him that what he seeks is in the light, that it's time for him to move on. What you might also do, if you're religious at all, say a prayer for him, otherwise, what I do is call is call an angel to come and guide him home, then I send him off with my love and well wishings. Sometimes it's that they don't know they're dead. Sometimes they're waiting for someone whose already crossed. Sometimes they want someone to know they're dead, to hear their story, IOW, to care that they lived and died. So what I would also do is ask the angels do whatever he needs to have done so that he can finally be at peace.

The cold is normal, just means he's around. He can't hurt you.

  2. Do research.  Try to find out who it was and then see if you can figure out why he's still hanging around.  (not by a seance, by asking neighbors etc.)

  3. ask the ghost whisperer

  4. A ghost will stay as long as he or she is needed by a living person. Some are never needed and move on at the time of death. Others though know they are still needed by some one important to them. .So they will stay, sometimes for many years. This will happen even though it is not what they really want

  5. Honey, you had better call yourself a priest.  You don't have to be catholic, that is some messed up stuff right there.

  6. It's not our job to "help them move on" that's just pop culture bullshit.

Who are we to make a spirit move on?

You can ask them to leave your house, but don't s***w with them otherwise.

The best way is to try to remain calm, don't get too agitated and worked up. Do whatever  makes you feel safe, like if you're religious , utilize your religions prayers or paraphernalia like crosses or whatever you use.

Just calmly ask them to leave your house.

  7. I would just tell him that it's time to go. Don't ask, tell him to go now. I think there is some unwritten universal law that if you tell a ghost to leave, it must.

    Good Luck.

  8. Are there any Catholic churches around? If so ask a priest to bless your home. If not, burn some white sage in each room.

  9. well mabey you should talk to the ghost or at least try too....

and get some info about the guy from like old newsapers from the time that he dies it could really help if you make things personal

  10. If you felt a cold chill like liquid nitrogen, your skin would be falling off by now. I trust that hasn't happened!

I think the best way to get a ghost to move on is just say in a loud, firm voice, "Go on now! Scat! I've got some sage and I know how to use it!"

  11. you must help the ghost to do the things he didn't do went he's alive... but if it's something bad like stealing or killing someone which i don't think it's your ghost, then move or call a priest or something for it.
