How do you help breast tenderness/heaviness?

I'm taking birth control and it's starting to do a number on my b***s alright... I don't even sleep as well at night because my b***s are so sore and I can't find a comfortable position (I have trouble falling asleep on my back).

That and I hate how they've grown at such a rapid rate.

Is there anything I can do to make it all subside? I am at my wits end!

do you wear a bra at night? if not, try a cotton support bra, with no underwiring, or sleeping in a tank top with a built in bra. i am pregnant and i can not sleep without some sort of bra or support. they sell them at walmart-or just about anywhere you can buy a bra.

I also wear a bra at night. definitely one without a wire. mine are real sore when moving or turning over and i find the bra helps to minimize the amount of movement!
