How do you hide comments and friends on your gaia profile?? plzz help!?

i need to know a way to hide journal, comments, and friends on my gaiaonline.com profile. is there a code? or is it in my account settings?

i have a classic profile from gaiacentral.com..

Put this in your profile theme:

#friends {display: none;}

#comments {display: none;}
