How do you hold a clutch correctly?

Is there a specific way to hold a clutch purse correctly?

there isn't exactly a right or wrong way to hold a clutch but i hold mine on the top by the clasp

You clutch it with your hand or just put it under your armpit very classy

You can either hold it in your hand, or keep it against your arm (armpit).
