Question:

How do you hold a snooker cue?

I have a problem with my cueing action. Rather than pushing the cue through straight, i tend to slightly swing the back end of the cue towards my body as i play the shot, which seems to slightly change the angle of the shot. Any ideas on how to remedy this? Many thanks

  1. Well you could stop doing it.It would more than SLIGHTLY change the shot angle

Just practice a straight even stroke is all the best advice i could give some of my students  that is the worst mistake they make .if you want to practice just shoot the ball straight the length of the table and have the ball come straight back to hit your q tip

Easy right? go ahead try it when you get that down then you have a good stroke.
