How do you hook up a dough boy sand filter to an intex pool if possible?

we got a doughboy sand filter and pump from some friends and we aren't sure if or how we can hook it up to out intex pool!

You can, if you have the proper plumbing fittings and use a little savvy. If you have a pal that knows a little plumbing ( residential plumber is fine) have him take a look at the suction and return fittings on the intex and ask what you need to adapt.
