How do you hoola hoop?

i really wanna do hoola hooping as my exercise but i can't seem to master it. do yo have any tips? please?

  1. practice with your hands on your hips and slowly rotating without a hoola in a circle and go from really slow to fast then grab a hoola hoop and go mega fast.

    Oh yea, its much easier to do it with a heavier hoola like the ones that are filled with water are really good. Light ones kinda are hard because they can't get that momentum unlike heavier ones which really go.


  2. practice. practice. practice. rotate your waist in a counterclockwise direction and keep with the rhythm that the hula hoop spins around.
