How do you hot wire an electric scooter?

I bought an electric scooter from Craigslist for $25 but it has no key. Is it possible to how wire this and please give details on how.

You don't.  You look at the make and model, and contact the manufacturer to see about getting a key, or a new ignition with a key.  

Usually a vehicle without a key is a pretty good indication you have purchased stolen goods.

try looking in the back of the ignition.

if theres is only 2 wires try splice em then connect em.

you can connect wires behind switch but then anyonecan steal it. get a locksmith to make you a key.
