How do you identify somebody who is a treacherous to his country?

who will judge him? how is the process? which is the punish? or is he killed?...I´m just curious, thanks

treason is also the only offense mentioned in the US constitution...interestingly enough

Treason is actually one of the only (the only?) federal offense that still comes with the death penalty!

He will be judged most likely by the Supreme Court, as this isn't an everyday matter for just anyone.

The process will be like any other court process, requiring evidence and whatnot.

The punishment can be anything from time in prison to death.
