"The opposite is also true, 80% of your best ideas and innovations will come from 20% of your people as well.

The success you have will be dependent on how well you identify the 20% that will help you and be a role model/guide for you while avoiding the pitfalls and problems that will drag you down if you associate with the problem makers."

  1. The best have innovative ideas while the worst are the passive ones.

  2. The "worst" people will invariably have some type of degree.

  3. Well you know the top 20%..you got 80% of your good ideas from them, remember...they are positive optimistic people who recognize that new ideas and new ways of thinking are what is going to help the company flourish in the future..the Leaders of the company.

The lowest 20% are the people who say thats the way we've always done things, are resistant to new ideas, saying OH we tried that and it didn't work, and who never show any forward thinking, come up with new ideas or even recognize that new ideas are critically important. The lowest 20% are going to be the complainers, the active office politic players, and the general stick in the mud negative people.

    There..recognize anyone??

  4. Look at the blunders and slip-ups with human errors.

Ever wonder are we having living human kind or an I-Robots at work in toyland?

Ever wonder are we having communication problems with them that makes us feel like closing shop and go home and sleep?
