You walk until it hurts, then you rest and walk again.  Soon your circulation will improve.  And you will be able to walk farther than when you started.   But it will go back again if you don't keep up the walking routine.   Of course you will want to stop eating  saturated fats and keep your cholesterol under control.   Loose weight if you can.   And if you smoke, stop.
