  1. you have to get eye surgery

  2. The shape of your eye, which determines your eyesight, is itself determined by the tension in the eye muscles.

Kinesiology can help. It has been done. It goes slowly, but it works in the end.

    All the best!

  3. carrots.

  4. drink beer

  5. In the vast majority of cases there is little that you can do to improve your natural eyesight.

The source discusses nutrition and eyesight.

  6. Foods, vitamins, and TV and computer screens don't affect your eyesight.  There are lots of foods and vitamins that are good for your eye health (Vitamin A, Vitamin C, fish oil, etc.), but none of them will improve your visual acuity.  TV and computer screens can cause eyestrain, fatigue, or headaches, but these effects are temporary and they will not worsen your eyesight.  To avoid eyestrain, have adequate room lighting, take breaks from the TV/computer, and have the screen at least arm's length away, further if possible.

Eyesight is determined by the size and shape of your eye, and no food or computer screen will change these.  If you have problems seeing in the distance, you are nearsighted.  The focusing ability of nearsighted eyes is too strong for the length of the eye usually because the eyeball has grown longer than it should.  This means light (images) is focused in front of where it should be in your eye for you to see clearly.

Glasses and contacts will help you see clearly while you wear them, as they will aid in focusing light where it should be.  Unfortunately these won't have any permanent effects either.

You may be a candidate for laser surgery, which will reshape the front of you eye and should be permanent.  (Although you'll still need reading glasses later in life.)  You would have to discuss this option with your eye doctor.

  7. I have bad eyesigh too, like -180? Or soemthing? Not sure, but bad. I think it deteriorated from watching tooo much TV as a elemntary kid...and really close. It gets worse every 3 mo or so. I sue the computer a lot too, so it makes it worse.

    TV/PC's are badddd for you're eyesight...and reading.

You should rest your eyes a lot, liek not glancing over somewhere for logns periods of time.

Lasik eye surgery is the only thing I know that can help, but it's like 1500 per eye.

  8. ask your eye doctor about contact lenses. i've worn glasses since i was about 6 years old, but i recently went to get contacts and i can see much better with contacts. before something off in the distance would be blurry looking, even with my glasses, but with contacts, everything is crystal clear! lol. for my contacts i think it costs like 200 dollars a year, which is about the same as a pair of glasses. do you have insurance? if you do they should cover either the glasses or the contacts, and then that way you would only have to pay for one thing. i hope this helps! :)

  9. Artificial corrections(glasses, contacts, surgery) are poor alternatives to Natural Perfect Eyesight.

We can return to Natural Perfect Eyesight by upgrading our vision software for these complex times. We need to unlearn the incorrect vision habits, reintegrate the correct vision behaviors, and undo the damage of artificial corrections and blur.

Nutrition is important but it wont change the way we use our eyes mind and body together.

We can use the computer all we want and read fine print in dim light all we want, as long as we are using our vision system corectly it will only strengthen our eyes during these challenging ativities.

Avoid anything that talks about eye exercises(eye pushups, eye aerobics, eye yoga) they do not deal with the real issues of blurry vision and are often counter to natural eyesight. Also avoid programs that don't have teachers teaching students face to face. People don't have a clue about guiding others to Natural Perfect Eyesight without being accountable to real people.

A good place to start is to read one of the best books which I have an Amazon Referal link to on my website. Most people also need a good teacher. I also have links to Natural Eyesight Improvement teachers around the world. I would be glad to interview a teacher near you to verify their effectiveness.
