  1. Drive faster and dont stop at crosswalks.

  2. For hitting:

Go into a gym or anyplace that has a wall, some space lengthwise and width-wise, and a place where you won't get in trouble for hitting a ball around at.

so go up to the wall and take about 5 normal steps back. Then just continuously spike the ball into the ground first and letting it bounce off the wall back at you. This helps you with proper form, wrist snap, follow through, accuracy and consistency.

  3. For diving: Have your coach try this drill. All players get in a straight line, one behind the other. The coach stands a few feet ahead, and off to one side. Have your coach bounce the ball against the ground. The first person in line has to get to it before it bounces again. Often, you'll have to dive, and move quickly. Make sure the coach isn't bouncing the ball too high. That makes it too easy.

    Good luck!!

  4. what u could do is have a brother/sister/husband/wife/kids throw volleyballs at you, this shows rediness for the ball. Tell them to throw them high, low, in your face, and everywhere, just not too far away. That will help u dig for the ball or spike it. Makesure that when u do this u are not inside.

  5. you just keep on practicing
