Its a great way to expand your vocabulary after playing it for a couple of days you will find you start using words in conversations that you never used before...

  9. Good question. I'm a English major in college right now and my vocabulary is still horrible. I often read the thesaurus once everyday and I make a list of words that I spell incorrectly and then next to it, I write the correct and look through it every now and then.

  10. Here is how I did it:

I read a LOT. And look up any word I don't understand. To challenge and expand your vocabulary you can start reading classics, it's one way. Just get a list of classics and start reading.

I started with Charles Dickens.  I read all those, then I went to John Irving for a more modern theme (I realize Irving's books are not classics).

Then I read all of J.D. Salinger's books, then I tackled Moby d**k,

Pride and Prejudice, stuff like that, and I even read some of Gogol's work (Russian Author) as well as Solzhenitsyn.

And I kept a dictionary nearby. It's just that easy.
