How do you increase the font size in the Yahoo search window?

Right now when I type a search item in that window , it looks like 6pt; too small for my old eyes.

Go to "tools" at the top of your screen to change the size permanently. And here's a tip just in case you should ever want to increase the size of everything you see on a web page right on the spot: push the "crtl" button on your keyboard, hold it down and use the scroll wheel of your mouse to reduce or enlarge everything. You can increase the font size on any page if you desire and have a web-wheel on your mouse just hold down the CTRL button on your keyboard and slowly spin the wheel toward you. if you want it smaller just turn the wheel away from you while holding down the CTRL button. Nice little trick that after your use to it can come in very handy.
