How do you increase your band width and computer spec?

when i watch a live stream it keeps on rebuffering every 5 seconds

is this a computer problem or an internet problem

Could be either, but most likely internet.

1) Reset your router to factory defaults, then open ports again (works for me).

2) Reformat (Always helpful).

3) Upgrade your Internet Connection.
