  9. start with the slender one if this is your first time, plastic applicators are smoother to insert, then very slowly with your legs seperated insert the tampon into your v****a (between your poo hole and the pee hole!) and go inside with the applicator until your thumb touches your skin and press the tube so it goes inside! waaa laa you are done!
