How do you install 2 shower heads in the bathroom and to make sure water pressure is adequate?

  1. you would be more concerned with volume of water than water pressure , you would need 3/4 inch copper tubing to the shower valve to get adequate  water to the shower heads .

The water pressure in most homes is regulated by a device called a pressure regulator that in installed where the water line enters the home.  It is normally around 40 psi where I live which is enough to power two shower heads, but not blast them.  If you have an apartment, there is no adjustng.  Try turning on the sink with the shower running to see if it decreases flow much.  If you need to raise the pressure and can get to the regulator, it will have a bolt on top that can be turned.

    To install the two heads, you just attach a "Y" to the end of the shower arm.  You can find them at hardware stores for under $10.  Good luck.
