  1. If you mean the ones on BMX bikes you stand on, they replace the nuts on the wheel axle and simply s***w on.


  2. thats only if you have that kind. there are some where you take the nut off and put the peg on the axle then using a socket wrench with an extension you put the nut back on to hold it on.
