How do you install a neutral safety switch in a 92 Honda Civic?

You can diy. Get the wires to the starter motor. Cut the live in 2. Add a cut off switch to the 2 ends. Feed the wires from the switch to somewhere inside the car and add a on/ off switch. Then its just a matter of switching it on or off. There are some fancy gadgets you can buy in a car accessory shop, which should be easy enough fitted. Luck.

It's not that difficult to change.  Unplug theconnector & remove the fasteners.  It's either mounted behind the clutch pedal or on the floor below the clutch pedal.
