How do you install a subwoofer into a vehicle and what does it connect to?

I'm looking at getting a subwoofer for my blazer how do I go about installing one?

You don't have to go to Best Buy or Circuit City to get a sub installed, like the previous person said.  It's not that hard to do yourself.  

The simplest way to add an amp to a factory stereo system is to use a line out converter.  You can get them at either of the 2 stores mentioned above, or even at like a wal-mart or target. You tap the wires to your right and left speaker wires and then can connect an RCA cable to run to your amp.  You'll also need an amp power wiring kit to power it (power wire, ground wire, remote turn on wire.  Most times, these kits also come with the RCA cable needed to connect to your amp).

Obviously, you'll also need a sub and a box as well.  Connect all of the above, and you're all set.

A Sub Woofer Is Usually Put In to Ones Car Trunk And Its Connected To A AMP You Can Get This Done Buy Going To Circuit City Or Best Buy
