  1. Just don't show it & be professional, & smile do what you have to do & try to keep chatting to a minimum. If they get really rude/abusive say this is not approaite behaviour then walk away. That's what I would say.


  2. I usually just act nice and pretend I am enjoying myself, no offense to those people, but I accept them anyway.  Stay calm though.  Focus on getting the job.

  3. ask them what their mgmt style is...some mgrs arent worth messing with and make life miserable...good luck

  4. If I don't like someone at work, I am polite and civil to them but I leave it at that. I do my job and I maintain professionalism, but I do not interact with that person outside of work. If I disagree with them, I let them know in a respectful way. If they persist, or if I feel like they are being rude or argumentative, I discuss it with his or her superior. The important thing is that I focus on my job and not cause unnecessary drama.

  5. if you want the job badly enough youll learn in time to accept people for who they are, your focus should be the job not the people, rise above them and makes better judgment for yourself.
