How do you jog correctly?

what's the correct form?

for your feet, arms, etc.

how are you supposes to breathe?

how fast should you go?

what do you do when you have a cramp!!!!?

  1. .Keep your chest up head up. Visualize a string going through your spine and out the top of your head. It is pulling you up from above. Relax your face muscles and smile! Smiling in your face makes the rest of your body "smile" and you run smoother and more efficiently. No need to tense up and push hard. Im finding out the more fluid and relaxed I am during my strides I get farther and faster. You still have to be alert and focused. You will learn. Let breathing come naturally. Think of your breath as the precious oxygen being supplied to those hard-working muscles. Think ample oxygen supply. And when you want to add shots of speed I think "boom a flash of lightning going through my entire body" an Im off like a bolt of lightning. I love it.

    Running is all in your head. Your body does what the mind first tells it what to do. Good news is you can control your mind. Teach it to work for you.
