Personality will always tell.  they way one presents her /himself, character, way they talk, way they handle issues at hand.

Sometimes its very hard to distinguish. People are good at hiding what they're really like. It takes awhile, but eventually you develop an instinct for telling the good from the bad. You may have to talk to these people a few times before you get the full picture of what they're like, but trust me, with a bit of practise, you'll start to know almost straight away.

in a human being u can find both a good and bad person.  wel some of the guys in my class r  a bit not good mannerd , they use a lot of bad words. but if they any one in need of help they would run to help them. so i would conclude the same thing that every one has a good and a bad person with in them

You should never judge anyone.  That's what judgement day is for.

‘Bad’ and ‘good’ are according to the values you personally hold. Like, ‘bad’ for one person could be ‘body odour’ and for somebody else ‘stealing’. ‘Good’ could mean ‘celebrity’ or could also mean ‘honest’.

Whatever your standards of good and bad are, it’s usually difficult to figure exactly what people are like just by visuals, or even in being superficially acquainted. People may be one thing on the surface, and something quite different underneath.

For example, appearances count, so they may look wonderful, and have very good manners that impress you at first. They may also not care to flatter you and be honest to the point of rude. They could be glib talkers and bowl you over with their social skills. Or they may be the strong, silent type and not communicate too much.

So perhaps you need to watch them carefully over time to discover whether or not their deeds/actions match their words. Then judge whether they really are as ‘good’ or as ‘bad’ as they appear to be or claim to be – or not.
