  1. 1. Wear plaform sneekers

    2. learn to push off the tips of your feet closer to your toes

    3. Put a lot of insiles in your sneekers.

  2. ^^^^^ What Mizzy said above ^^^^^

You should also work your calf and quad muscles to gain explosiveness during your jump. You don't need to lift a lot of weight, just enough to gain a little bit of muscle mass.

  3. and old exercise that has been tried and trued,,,,.squat on the stair and jump to the next stair, without raising your top half of your body,,,, this will build the muscles in your lower legs and ankles, the ones that give power to your spring/jump

  4. To jump higher in volleyball what you would have to do is make sure you have enough time when the ball is coming over to you, Then bend your knees but not too low and then jump as high as you can so that you jump high enough.

  5. Get something sturdy at about knee hight(More or less that hight.) and everyday practice jumping up on it.Trying to keep your legs straight but not stiff. And do about 2 or 3 reps of 10 and then start doing more like 15 then 20 etc....

    And do wall jumps too.

    This is what I do.

    Hope I helped!

  6. do like balletdancer do and spring , barley bend your knees and use the balls of your feet to spring higher

  7. Always jump off of 2 feet and crouch low before each jump.

  8. You could use a jump rope everday and do at least 200 jumps or you could pracice practice parctice EVERDAY. (Or at least 3 times a week.)

  9. be black.

  10. bend your knees and swing your arms

  11. you just need to do wall jumps everyday thats how i jumped higher that is what my coach told me to do

  12. swing your arms all the way back behind you and get a good approach, strap weights to your ankles and jump around for a while, when you take them off and you start to jump, your jumping will be higher!

  13. do calf raises. put a ply wood board under your toes and lift yourself onto it. then lower back down. do that in repetitions. it really bulids up the calves

  14. Put weights on your ankles and do jump roping.
