How do you keeel evil biting flies?!?

Question

Omg at my house we have these little black flies that bite you and take chunks the size of texas out of your leg. But they are not little tiny nats or regular horse flies . also, we have these other large flies that look like bees, and mosquitoes and horse flies mixed, that are heeuge and also bite you! Am i dealing with mutant horse flies or bees PMSing? and tell me how to defeat them!
