How do you keep eyeliner from smudging? What brands are recommended?

I use black annabelle eyeliner at the top and bottom of my lids and it ALWAYS smudges. I've even tried waterproof and it doesn't work. Are their any ways of keeping them from smudging, or any recommended brands that work really well and don't smudge?

I use  two different products 1. Bare Escentuals eye shadows and a full edged liner brush, you can wet the product to make it a eyeliner.

2. Laura Geller has a product called Eye Rimz Baked Marbleized Illusion Shadow and it also comes with a brush, use this as a eyeliner and it works great. you can get both of them at Qvc.com These are great products I really like them.

I use L'Oreal HIP cream liner and lots of diff brands of liquid liner. My LA colors liquid liner is cool, it doesn't smudge and you can almost peel it off at the end of the day, so it stays on, but when you are ready for it to come off it's easy.

never use a cheap eyeliners ; use an expensive brand trust me its worth it; DIOR eyeliner at sephora is amazing i have used it; also estee lauder artistic eye pencil is great; use either one u wont regret it.

MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack is awesome!! it stays on forever and is the nicest eyeliner I have ever used. Its in a little pot, you will need to purchase the  correct brush to dip in it and put it on with.

ok i use Remmel London Jet Black Soft Kohl Ajal Eye Pencil

i is amazing  it dont smudge that bad also any little bit of smudging can be fixed with mascara
