  1. Eat a lot, mostly fast food or any fatty foods, sleep a lot, and never exercise. Your body should understand reverse Psychology.


  2. Exercise and eat healthy, it's the only way to go!

    Avoid junk food, fast food, anything fattening (lots of sugar, saturated fat..) Eat the recommended servings from each food group. I don't drink pop, it has to be 100% juice. Pop os bad for you, especially your teeth. I also yoga, it's great for you! It really helped me with losing weight, especially after having a baby. I would say, yoga for about an hour twice a week.  

  3. drink 1 litre of mint tea every day

    use natural mint leaves, it speeds up your metabolism so you burn fat faster and is great for your skin

    it leaves you feeling refreshed and cool and it tastes better than most teas

    it is great for your teeth too
