  1. they sale wipes for that at most lens crafters

  2. Glasses - avoid temperature changes.  No idea how.

Goggles - keep them on your face.  If you lift them up and they get snow in them that'll create the fog.  If you keep them on and they have double lenses you should be fine.

  3. Well most goggles that you buy will be Fog Proof. For you to get   fog proof goggles you usally have to spend over 50.00$$$$. Good goggles are Oakley, Dragon, Spy, Anon, and there are more but i think those are the best. For you glasses wear your glasses under your goggles and you should be fine or get contacts.

  4. What kind of goggles do you have?  If you have a good one they shouldn't fog up as long as you have it on your face.  If water gets inside just wipe it dry before putting it on again.

  5. I once heard that shaving cream keeps mirrors from fogging up when showering.  Just spray it on and wipe it clean, and for weeks the mirror will stay unfogged.  Not sure if it would work in your case, but it's worth a try.
