well it depends on  the situation, im maried and i occasionally call my husband in the day, sometime i text him and also email him. i never had to mail him a letter, well with the rest of my family i do the same, i call,text and email. . .

your question is not so clear so im not sure in what context are you asking this question . . .

I leave personal notes in spots where i know he will find them, if he is out and i am missing him i text him to let him know how much i love him and wish him a safe journey home...
