The easiest way I know is to install some close-fitting seat covers.  Take the time to do a really good install - remove the seat from the car, snug the cover down well and fasten it with hog rings at the same mounting points as the factory seatcover.

Now your aftermarket covers will take the brunt of any abuse, and when the time comes to sell or trade your ride, just pop those covers off and voila! - your factory seats look nearly new, no scuffs.
