how do you keep something out of your mind, something that is always there, something that always hurts, everyday, all day... something that makes you cry... with it being happy is so difficult, being sad is the standard... i hide from it, but everything reminds me, i face it, but it drives me into depression, defeats me instantly... what would a psychologist say? how can i stop thinking about it?... "control it before it controls me" how do i do that : (
