Pesticides are not the best way to get rid of spiders anyhow, they just come back. Believe it or not, the most effective method of getting rid of them it to just take a broom or something and destroy their webs. You could also move the boat into a sunny place, or spray the webs down with water. There are many ways and check this website out for more ideas.
