How do you keep your BAC at .00 on your Green p Plates in Perth Australia?

Now that the new laws have come in saying that No Green p plater can have a blood alcohol reading exceeding .00%. How can i go out and still have drink or too.

How long would i have to wait after that one beer or whatever before i could legally drive???

  1. The simple answer is not to drink at all. You can only have 1 drink and then wait at least 1 hour if you want to drive. Its just not worth it!

  3. The answer is quite simple. Do not drive if you are planning on drinking at all. That is exactly what the law is designed for - to stop inexperienced drivers having the vaguest hint of alcohol in their systems.

    Go with mates and have one of you as the appointed skipper. Out of 4 or 5 of you in the car its only every so often that its your turn not to drink.


  4. Don't drink at all, that's the safest way to go.

    A standard drink usually takes one hour to leave the blood system, depending on your body type, lifestyle, weight etc.
