How do you keep your boots shined in the heat in Nevada?

I just moved to Vegas and shined my boots up real nice, within an hour of the 100 degree heat we can say that they were less than shiny. Any tricks to keep them up?

Not sure how you could that.  You might want to store those away for the winter and get yourself some Gila Monster skin boots, since they're native to heat.
