How do you keep your hair when you go to sleep?

This ones for girls.

Do you tie it up in a scrunchy or let it loose or...?

Sometimes I put my hair in pigtails before I sleep so it's wavy the next morning. I only do that a couple times a week, though.

letting it loose is best for you scalp, but if you want volume near your roots when you wake up, tie your hair in a super high pony and sleep in it for bounce. Sometimes i sleep with it in a bun or in braids if i want wavy hair the next day.

well they say you're supposed to keep you hair out of your face at night...so u put it up in a lose pony tail. or braid it. braiding it at night helps the hair grow, that's what i heard.

It all depends how you feel about it and what you think is best for you.  Loose can get tangled up while you sleep especially tossing and turning can cause knots in longer hair.  To tie it back loosely in a pony tail will keep it from having too many knots, or if you have very long hair put to loose stretch elastics in one like a pony tail and the other half way down the loose hair from there. This way not knots and easier to comb and manage the next day. You could also buy a de-tangle comb cost up to ten dollars but really worth it, you can comb your hair and it will take out the tangles, if you comb your hair you should start from the and comb upwards this minimises tangles and knots and your hair will have less split ends also.  No harm in trying?

let loose. because if its up then u move around alot when u sleep and that can cause the hair to be pulled at the root and you will lose more hair that way.

let loose and i will put them flat on the pillow downwards to my neck so when i wake up, i wun have messy hair =) cheers!

When it was long I would put it in a scrunchy.  Now it is short so I don't have to do that.

i tie them with a hair band because if the're loose they keep on coming on face and dont let u sleep. chaos
