  1. Ahhhh to be young again.LOL. Well, now that you are in high school, your entering a whole new world. In four years you will graduate and be introduced to a real nasty whole new world. Just look at this experience as testing you for the big guns. Embarrassing things happen, get over it..there will be times you will want to laugh with the rest of them and others you will want to crawl in a hole. But, that's ok too because usually when folks are laughing at you they are remembering their most embarrassing moment that they will not reveal.

IF folks talk about you to your face or behind your back, then they can get over their bad self. Decide for yourself if these are the type folks you want to hang with. Don't forget, staying strong is easy because no one can control your thoughts, your actions, your feelings but you. If you remember that you are in charge of you the rest will soon fall into plplace. On here you will often here me talk to young adults about their self confidence, but that is the key for you guys to go forward and be the best you can be. Not one sole can determine your future but you.

  2. keep in mind that ANYONE who makes fun of others is surely insecure in themselves. It makes them feel better and superior because they are usually not. Keep in mind that these time make you STRONGER

  3. Try ignoring the mean comments and laughing off the embarrassing moments. Most of the time, the people that are spreading rumors about you are often insecure or have self-esteem issues themselves. They may even be doing it just for attention.

Remember that high school is going to be challenging, there are going to be many things that can and will go wrong but you just have to stay strong and think that you are special, no matter what other people say and someone loves you.
