when you take a hot shower the moisture in the air will help loosen up the yuck on the inside so blow like crazy in there and wash it down the drain.

Inside or out?  

Inside you just blow the junk out and trim the hairs so everything stays neat!

Outside,  just a little soap and water do the trick!
