How do you keep your vehicles cool in the summer heat?

I heard that cars can get 20 degrees hotter than outside on very hot days.

windshield cover ,,, window tint.... and here inside car reaches above 140 many a days

Leave the car on with the baton on the steering wheel and the A/C turned on.

get a sun shade and keep you ac on for bout 15 min.
