  1. dont have kids and if u had kids dont let ure kids have kids

  2. I'm in my thirties so I'm far from old but I tend to think its a frame of mind. We all make choices that affect other facets of our lives.  There are those that are way too serious and in time they lose that ability to be carefree and down to earth because they are focused on work and the seriousness of things.  Then there are those who seek value in having fun, learning, loving and just being a free spirit in general.  This mode of thought offers someone of any age to maintain a young spirit.  It comes down to balancing the serious side with the fun loving personality we can admire from our more youthful population.

The simple answer would be to just smile.  Those that do use much fewer muscles in their faces and are generally happier and more approachable.  I hope this helps.

  3. "No one grows old by living, only by losing interest in living."

  4. 1. stop thinking about being "old"

    2. don't stop learning & trying new things

    3. turn off the tv and get moving

    4. keep (or develop) a spirit of adventure about life

    5. don't sweat the small stuff (and mostly it IS small stuff)

    6. spend time with younger people and really listen to what they say and think  (don't try to act or DRESS like them!)

Age is but a number, it's all in the attitude toward people, self, and life, in general. I am 54 but that always surprises people because of my attitude. (yes, I have had children--2men now--that have contributed to the grey that I wash away!)

  5. I have a inner child

  6. i am sixteen so i wouldnt really know yet, iget that whole young spirit thing naturally

  7. I agree with Hally except that I 'm no good at ceramics ! I still feel young in mind , body & spirit & have taken up many challenges in the last few years!

Maybe you should ask Webby .....she's much older than us !

  8. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL @t ur Q.!!!

    Interesting one!!

I dont know if reply to it or not...because I'm not OLD

Maybe my ID card says that my age is enough as to be old, but my mind and my spirit dont agree with that. One of the best things...is LAUGH and make pple laugh.. Also, think that one can make everything one wants.

I have maken many of the most important things, after being in the 2nd half of my life..and being the mother of 2 sons  (are men nowadays)

I learnt how to paint....I won international prizes with my ceramics...I started studying arabic at 53...and what is more important.......I dont care abt the age I have.

I'm a possitive person that doesnt think about "impossible" things to do. Of course I'll not run an olimpic marathon.....but if i feel able to do some things.......I try them.

Also....I love young pple and have many friends among them.

I dont know what they see in me, but many of them feel so much comfortable with me and treat me as their equal. I enjoy life sooooo much.
