How do you keep yourself occupied on long road trips?

I assume you're a passenger? I usually listen to my iPod or to the radio, read, doodle, watch movies, talk on the phone, etc. I talked to a friend of mine on the phone for an hour in the car on my last long road trip and it really helped to pass the time. It's also fun to take pictures of billboards or interesting buildings. The absolute best way to occupy yourself, though, is to sleep. Sleeping passes the time the best and it ensures that you will be well-rested when you arrive somewhere! =)

I usually don't get bored because I like to look at the scenery, but sometimes I play games on my iPod. (Not driving, of course)
