How do you kick a place kick in rugby propaly?

Can someone tell me how to place a ball on a tee and how to kick it so it goes high and far?

  1. i love rugby and my cousin a very very good kicker. place the ball on a 80+- angle facing the posts get in line with the posts and take about 7 steps back and 3 steps to the side.(if you left foot step to the right and vise versa) put your foot right next to the ball when you kick sou can get more power. do this right and it will be no  problem

  3. you have got to kick it at an 80 degree angle with a straight foot. your body does the work of curving the ball and making it go through the poles. need to take 2 steps back and 2 steps to the side and then try to kick the ball, pay attention to the ball when kicking the ball.
