How do you know if a bird is Territorial?

wellif i walk near the cage she does to the front and acts like shes NEVER seen a human, and also she NEVER plays with her toys, and when i let her out all she does is go on my shoulder and when i take her off she flys back

  2. A bird is territorial if they attack you as you go near their cage or if they squawk when you go near the cage.  The other time they would be territorial would be because of their mate.
