How do you know if a business is honest... who do you contact?

I would like to purchase about $800 worth of product from this internet site but i'm not sure if its in the usa out of the country... I know that once a company out side of the US get your money its real hard to get it back... Who would I contact to ensure a safe transaction?

If you want to check in the US to see if it's located in the US....try the better business bureau.....bbb.org....can run by company name, email or phone #....Good Luck!

There should be a customer care contact you can call on the webiste.  If there isnt a legit contact, dont buy anything.  Any worthy and honest company HAS to have a contact.  Just call the generic line and ask for the person best suited to deal with your call and they should direct you accordingly.
