  1. Can put your question this way: how to avoid job fraud. Check on the internet for: Company name, email address. Some websites are doing a good job by listing black listed companies. Narrow your search terms as company name + job fraud or scam. You don't have to dial the given number if it's not a land line number. Keep in mind that dont ever pay for any fee, such fees could be visa processing, job application processing fee, or whatever, dont reveal your personal bank account in any way. If it's too good to be true, then, ... use your judgement! Good luck. More tips to avoid job scam can be found here http://www.resumepromo.com/show_content....

  2. * If it sounds too good to be true, It's not true at all,

    * Check the company's name in the Internet.

    * If you have a contact number along with the person's name and her/his position in the company, Call that number then go to international information and ask for the company's number and then call the number given to you.

    * Legitimate employers should not ask you to pay money for employment even if you have to travel to their country.

    * Be on guard if an employer asks you to sign-up immediately for new account, or ask your personal accounts for them to direct deposit your salary -- DON'T, IT'S A SCAM.

    * "The scammers may refer you to others masquerading as banks or lawyers, and often use official looking logos on letters and emails." -- http://www.docep.wa.gov.au/consumerprote...
