How do you know if a pokemon is cured of pokerus?

If its cured can their eggs still get infected.

If it is on pokemon silver, gold, or crystal, the only way that u can do is wait until 24 hours. But if it is on pokemon red or green, u can't cure it anymore.

Your egg might not be infected ! But after 24 hours, u can't find any abnormal things any more.

Pokemon dont get cured of pokerus. The pokerus sign just disappears and there is a little face at the bottom-left. The pokemon just loose the ability to spread it. Pokemon will be still having pokerus but they just cant spread it.

they get a small yellow smiley face on the right side of picture once its cured their eggs cant get infected
