How do you know if a water spring is clean enough to start a bottled water company?

There is a huge water spring in a property we own and would like to know how we can find out if the water is good enough to even bother with the procedure. We have tested the water.

Most tap water today is safer and cleaner than any spring water found.  If you tested the water why are you asking US, the water experts of Yahoo Answers.

i would start by consulting the EPA.

spring water is not clean as you think it pick up minerals and other things people may not want to drink in their water.... I personally don't drink spring water , I don't like it !
