  1. I didn't go to the site because I had no  desire but judging from the answers it is some kind of an opportunity you are seeking. Getting back to your question, you can go to www.whois.net  and got this.

The information in this whois database is provided for the sole

purpose of assisting you in obtaining information about domain

name registration records. This information is available "as is,"

and we do not guarantee its accuracy. By submitting a whois

query, you agree that you will use this data only for lawful

purposes and that, under no circumstances will you use this data

to: (1) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that

stress or load this whois database system providing you this

information; or (2) allow, enable, or otherwise support the

transmission of mass, unsolicited, commercial advertising or

solicitations via facsimile, electronic mail, or by telephone to

entitites other than your own existing customers.  The

compilation, repackaging, dissemination or other use of this data

is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from this

company. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any

time. By submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms of usage

and limitations of warranty.  Please limit your queries to 10 per

    minute and one connection.

  2. You should do a search online using their name first to see what comes up on their company. If someone has been screwed you will find out using this technique. It looks like a very new company so I would try to contact them first somehow and take it from there.

  4. Certainly if the domain name registry does not indicate that the business address is offshore, then you may be assured somewhat that the business is legit.  Nevertheless, on the basis of ecommerce marketing schemes, it's quite apparent that they have chosen to use illegal spamdexing to elevate their website on major search directories.  Again, any web designer who resorts to using spamdexing does diminish the integrity of his clients.

I'd pass on any offerings from this website based on the improper use of SEO.

And if you choose to purchase their "Ed Hardy" brand items, ask for a copy of the Distribution Certificate which shows that they are an authorized distributor/dealer of Ed Hardy products.

    Good luck!
