You need to remember it is brand new and according to the tiki thing it is a free hosted site, you can call the owner and make sure that he is legit, check with bbb and so on. Hope this helped ;-)

You should do a search online using their name first to see what comes up on their company. If someone has been screwed you will find out using this technique. It looks like a very new company so I would try to contact them first somehow and take it from there.
